Scott & Donna are great! They sold two houses for us in the same year. Each sold with in a week! Scott & Donna make a great team. Donna is the marketing guru, and Scott is the legal & numbers guy. Donna Brooke recently listed my house for sale. It sold in six days! Donna did an outstanding job of market analysis, writing up the listing, getting it out to the other Real Estate companies, etc. I believe this is why it sold so quickly.
She continued to stay on top of the sale working with the buyer’s agent, and always keeping me abreast of what was taking place. Even after all seemed done, except for the Title search and buyers lender she kept in touch with me on a regular basis to see if there was anything else she could do to help.
Donna far surpassed what I expected for a Real Estate Agent. She is definitely a very self-motivated, outgoing, energetic person. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to sell their house!
